90 minutes of floating yoga on calm Maltese waters

Float into stillness on a SUP Yoga session off the Maltese coast. This 90-minute class blends gentle standing balance work with classic yoga postures like Downward Dog, Warrior and Child’s Pose, all performed on a stable anchored stand-up paddle board.
No yoga or SUP experience needed. Certified instructor Merve guides every pose and adapts the flow to your level. All equipment is included: board, paddle, leash and anchor. Just bring swimwear, a towel and reef-safe sunscreen.

Meet your instructor at the SUP Malta meeting point in St Julian’s. After a short welcome and introduction, you will receive your paddleboard, paddle, and safety vest. Your instructor will guide you through essential SUP techniques and a warm-up on the beach before heading out on the water.
Paddle out to a calm, sheltered spot in the bay. Your instructor will anchor the boards and guide you through a full yoga flow adapted for SUP. Enjoy sun salutations, warrior poses, and gentle stretches while floating on the Mediterranean. The session focuses on balance, breathing, and mindfulness in a truly unique setting.
Wind down with a final relaxation pose on the board, floating peacefully on the water. After the session, paddle gently back to the meeting point in St Julian’s. Return your equipment and enjoy a refreshing moment on the shore. Your instructor will be happy to share tips for continuing your yoga practice.
Swimsuit, water, hat, sunblock, and your sense of adventure! For those extra adventurous, feel free to bring GoPro cameras or waterproof phone cases at your own risk. All SUP equipment (board, paddle, leash, safety vest) is provided.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before the session start time and receive store credit valid for one month. Cancellations less than 48 hours before the session will be charged the deposit amount with no refund or credit. In case of bad weather, we will cancel at least 3 hours before the start time and you will receive credit for a future session. We reserve the right to cancel sessions with 4 participants or fewer, with at least 3 hours notice and credit provided. The session location may change based on weather conditions. I had a wonderful time on both the SUP tour and SUP yoga whilst on holiday in Malta. Group sizes are not too large and the team are super friendly and welcoming. There is a good balance between time paddling, swimming and just chilling out. I totally recommend it.

Falling in is part of the fun. The water is warm and shallow and your instructor is right there with you. All participants must be comfortable swimmers.
